Rent is $475/month plus $100/month for utilities. Utilities fee covers electricity, water, and internet. In addition, the security deposit is $400.

You would have use of the private primary suite on one end of the mobile home along with all the common areas.
On the other end of the trailer are two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. This is a roommate situation, and there is a person already renting that end of the mobile home. He also has use of the common areas.
The common areas of the residence are furnished. You would be responsible for furnishing the primary suite.
You would share use of and responsibility for upkeep of the kitchen, living room, laundry area with washer/dryer, and outside deck.
If you pay rent on time, get along well with others, and you like to share the work to keep a clean, quiet, nice place to live, you would enjoy living here.
No pets are allowed.
You must have proof of income and proof of rent payment history at the previous place where you lived. You must provide work and professional references.
The tenant already renting the other end of the mobile home is a mature, employed person who does not live a party lifestyle.
