Looking for a part time maintenance person and a full time grounds keeper for a mobile home park and a farm. Duties for the Park would be mowing, weed eating, spraying weed poison, pressure washing mobile homes and small maintenance jobs. The Farm- Mowing, fencing, bush hogging, deer patches, cleaning limbs, some chainsaw work, ect. I will start the pay at $10 an hour, but give raises according to skill level, common sense, desire and the ability to manage their time and work.!
