hey folks I need a subleaser for my 1/2 of the lease at Foxgate Apt's here's the only deal I had to have my Dad co-sign to move-in, but if you qualify you will not need a co-signer. It's a 2 bed/2 bath apt. One of my good friends and his g/f stay as well and they are very respectful and get along w/ anyone. Rent is $750 split & cable/internet, water, power are split 3 ways. There's 2 salt water pools and a weight room. The only reason I'm moving out is b/c my cousins found a house to stay in and they want me to move in with them as well. You will have your own bathroom and there's a walk-in closet in both rooms and there's a onsite laundry to do your clothes OR there's a option that you could rent a washer and dryer from foxgate.
